Why aren’t there more Ladies size options?

We use a fulfillment company for shop items and are limited by what products and styles they carry. We’ve tried to provide Ladies style options, but sometimes the same colors are simply not available. You can view a list of all the products with listed Ladies options here. If you’re looking for Ladies styles for a different product or design, please reach out to @leah via Slack. There may be other options that are not listed in the store.

Are plus sizes available?

Wherever possible, we’ve included plus sizes on products. However, we’re limited by what the fulfillment company carries. You can view all products with 3XL + size options here. If you’re looking for larger sizes on a particular product or design, please reach out to @leah via Slack. There may be other options that are not listed in the store.

How do I pay for my order?

Employees and contractors with Liquid Web should use the Liquid Web loves you payment option at checkout. If you are not a part of Liquid Web, please pay with PayPal.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always free.

Do you ship to my country?

Shop orders ship to any country except those listed here. That said, we have had orders return from addresses in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico. Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do in these situations. We are not able to select specific shipping services.

Can I get a product in a different color?

Sometimes there are other colors available in shirts from a different brand then we’ve set up in the shop. In general, there are more color options for 100% cotton shirts than for tri-blend shirts. Sweatshirts and hoodies and usually more limited in colors, but it’s always worth asking. If you’re looking for a product or design in a different color, please reach out to @leah via Slack.
